You pay 50% to reserve a bag, and the rest only after you have seen it again on our own video. Once the balance is paid, the sale is final.

Why sales are final
You approve every bag twice before paying in full: first from the owner’s photos on the listing, then from our own video once the bag is in our hands. That is why we can’t take bags back after the balance is paid.
The fee
The fee is between RM50–100, depending on where the owner is located and how the bag has to travel. We confirm the exact amount on WhatsApp before you pay the deposit.
Returning the deposit
When a cancellation is confirmed, we return the deposit (minus the fee, where it applies) to the account you paid from.
Paying the balance
The balance is due within 3 days of our video. If you need more time, tell us on WhatsApp.
