We ship worldwide
We deliver to Malaysia and to any country our couriers serve, by tracked courier with a signature on delivery. Each bag is packed in its dust bag, and its box if it has one.
Cost and timing
The delivery fee and estimated delivery time depend on your country and are quoted on WhatsApp before you pay the balance. You receive a tracking number as soon as the bag is sent.
Customs, duties and taxes
For deliveries outside Malaysia, any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country are paid by the buyer. Please check your country’s rules before you buy.
Handover in person
You can also collect the bag from us by appointment. Ask on WhatsApp.
When it arrives
We recommend recording a short video as you open the parcel. As every sale is final once the balance is paid, please see Deposit & cancellation.
