Can I buy directly on the website?
No. The website is for browsing. Every purchase is arranged personally on WhatsApp so we can answer questions and send you our own video before you pay in full. See How to buy.
Why do you ask for a deposit?
Bags stay with their owners until someone commits to buying. Your 50% deposit reserves the bag for you and covers our cost of collecting it.
What does “Reserved” mean?
Another client has paid a deposit and the bag is being collected. If they cancel, it becomes available again. Ask on WhatsApp and we will tell you if it comes back.
Can I see the bag in person?
Ask us on WhatsApp. Once the bag is with us, we can arrange a viewing or a handover in person.
Are prices negotiable?
Prices are agreed with each owner and reflect the bag’s condition and authentication. If you have a question about a price, ask us on WhatsApp.

Who is ZHUAN?
ZHUAN is the independent authentication service that checks every bag before we list it. See Authenticity.
What if the brand serial is missing?
The bag can still be certified authentic, but it is priced lower to reflect the missing serial or date code. The listing always says so.
Are all the flaws shown?
Yes. Every mark we know about is listed under “Condition” and shown in the owner’s photos. Our own video after collection shows the bag again.
Payment and cancellation
How do I pay?
We send payment details on WhatsApp, only from +60 13-326 6182. We never ask for card details or passwords.
What if I change my mind?
You can cancel any time before paying the balance. We return your deposit minus RM50–100, which covers returning the bag to its owner. See Deposit & cancellation.
Can I return a bag after it arrives?
No. You see the bag twice before paying in full, in the listing photos and in our own video, so every sale is final once the balance is paid.
Delivery
Where do you deliver?
Worldwide, by tracked courier. We quote the delivery fee and timing for your country on WhatsApp. See Shipping & delivery.
I live outside Malaysia. Can I still buy?
Yes. Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Ask us on WhatsApp for the total including delivery to your country. Import duties and taxes are paid by the buyer.
Can I collect in person?
Yes, by appointment. Ask us on WhatsApp.
Selling
Can I sell my bag through you?
Yes. Send us photos of the bag, including any marks, and any box, card or receipt on WhatsApp. We will tell you what we think it can sell for.

Is LAGI legit?
LAGI is an independent reseller of pre-owned luxury bags based in Malaysia. Every bag is checked and certified by ZHUAN, an independent authentication service, and each listing shows its certificate ID. Before you pay the balance, we send you our own video and photos of the bag.

How do I check a bag's serial number or date code?
Where the brand's own serial number or date code exists, LAGI shows it on the listing. Bags without one are priced lower and the listing says so. A code on its own does not prove a bag is authentic, which is why every bag is also certified by ZHUAN.
What do the condition grades A, AB and B mean?
A is Excellent, AB is Very good and B is Good. Every flaw is described and photographed, with the owner's photos of every side, the corners and the hardware.
Do you ship to Saudi Arabia, the UAE or Singapore?
Yes. LAGI delivers worldwide from Malaysia by tracked courier, including to Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Singapore. Any import duties are paid by the buyer.
How do I buy a bag from LAGI?
There is no checkout on the site. Message us on WhatsApp, pay a 50% deposit to reserve the bag, receive our own video and photos once we collect it from its current owner, pay the balance, and we deliver it.
Can I cancel after paying the deposit?
Yes, you can cancel before paying the balance and your deposit is returned minus RM50 to RM100. Once the balance is paid, the sale is final with no returns or refunds.
What currency are prices in?
All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Buyers outside Malaysia also pay any import duties in their country.
Is LAGI affiliated with Chanel, Louis Vuitton or other brands?
No. LAGI is an independent reseller of pre-owned bags and is not affiliated with any brand it sells.
Do you have Hermès bags?
There are no Hermès bags in stock at the moment. You can ask about a pre-owned Hermès bag on request via WhatsApp.
