There is no checkout on this website. Every purchase is arranged personally with us on WhatsApp, in four steps.
1 · Ask on WhatsApp
Tap “Ask on WhatsApp” on any bag. Your message already includes the bag’s name, reference number and a link to it, so we know exactly which one you mean. We confirm it is available and answer any questions. You can ask the owner for more photos or a short video at this stage.
2 · Reserve with a 50% deposit
To reserve the bag, you pay 50% of the price. We mark it as Reserved on the website and collect it from its current owner.
3 · See it again, from us
Once the bag is in our hands, we send you our own video and photos on WhatsApp so you can compare it with the listing before paying anything more.
4 · Pay the balance
If you are happy, you pay the remaining 50% within 3 days and we ship the bag to you, anywhere in the world, or hand it over in person.
Changed your mind after step 3? You can cancel before paying the balance. We return your deposit minus RM50–100, which covers returning the bag safely to its owner.
Once you pay the balance, the sale is final. You have approved the bag twice, from the listing and from our own video, so we do not accept returns or give refunds after that. See Deposit & cancellation.
Paying safely
Payment details are only ever sent from our WhatsApp number, +60 13-326 6182. We will never ask for your card details, online banking password or a one-time code (TAC/OTP). If anyone else contacts you claiming to be us, please message us before paying.
