2. What this website is
This website is a catalogue of pre-owned bags we can obtain for you. A listing is an invitation to contact us, not an offer to sell. A sale is agreed only when we confirm it to you in writing on WhatsApp and you have paid the deposit.
3. Listings, photos and descriptions
- All bags are pre-owned. Listing photos are taken by the bag’s current owner.
- We describe every mark and flaw we know about. Colours may look slightly different on different screens.
- Measurements are approximate.
4. Prices
Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Delivery fees, and any import duties or taxes outside Malaysia, are not included. We quote delivery on WhatsApp before you pay the balance.
5. Reservation and deposit
To reserve a bag you pay a deposit of 50% of its price. Once we confirm receipt, the bag is marked Reserved and we collect it from its owner.
6. Second confirmation and cancellation
When the bag is with us, we send you our own video and photos. You may then either pay the balance or cancel. You can cancel at any time after paying the deposit and before paying the balance. We then return your deposit minus a fee of RM50–100, which covers returning the bag safely to its owner. The exact fee is confirmed on WhatsApp before you pay the deposit.
7. If we cannot complete the sale
If the owner withdraws the bag or we are unable to collect it, we return your deposit in full.
8. Balance and delivery
The balance is due within 3 days of our video. If it is not paid in time and we have not agreed an extension, we may cancel the reservation, and section 6 applies. We deliver worldwide by tracked courier, or hand the bag over in person by appointment.
9. All sales are final
You approve every bag twice before paying in full: from the listing and from our own video. Once the balance is paid, the sale is final and we do not accept returns or exchanges or give refunds. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under laws that cannot be excluded.
10. Authenticity
Every bag is checked and certified by ZHUAN before it is listed, and the certificate is handed over with the bag.
11. Brands and trademarks
We are an independent reseller and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any brand we sell. Brand names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to describe the bags.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability for any sale is limited to the price you paid for the bag.
13. Your personal data
We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy policy.
14. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction.
15. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you pay your deposit applies to your purchase.
